The Best Muscle Building Nutrition Books

Inside This Article:

How to Select the best Muscle Building Nutrition Book

I read one new bodybuilding a week. I do that so that you don’t have to.

The criteria for selecting the best book on bodybuilding nutrition were simple.

The best book on bodybuilding nutrition should:

  • Simplify the complex world of nutrition
  • Provide a fool-proof way to calculate your caloric intake
  • Teach you cooking skills and
  • Give you plenty of tasty recipes to show you the joy of eating to gain mass.

There are plenty of books that promise that but few actually fulfill. Information is easy to get. Sticking with the right info is the real pain. And enjoying tasty meals makes sticking easier.

I use the word book for books, ebooks, online programs, etc. The key here is not just a book in your hands but the best resource in your hands to show you exact nutrition strategies used by people who actually are building muscle mass, not just some quick-fix shakes/ ready to order meals.

Once your diet plan is created, it gives you a graph that shows your progress - muscle gained, fat lost and overall progress.

Cons: The recipes section is still wanting. I prefer anabolic recipes book as I want the practical know-how to make tasty meals in quick time.
